Visualization is random
Great idea, not the best implementation.
Wikipedia has a lot of noise that undermines this kind of application. My search on “carburetor” produced a graph with the following links: France, Webster’s Dictionary, brown (yes, as in the color), and flight data recorder. Graphs are random. Each search on carburetor produces a random 15-20 node graph from an estimated 150 node pool.
This is a basic fundamental issue with graphing wikipedia. Maybe one day a practical weighted link system can be devised. This app works for meandering Sunday surfing. It’s not so great for getting a bird’s eye view of complex subjects.
Otherwise, this is a very simple capable wikipedia reader. It’s super clean and easy to read. It lacks some feature like offline reading.
